#1 STEP
SELF EVALUATION
Top management of fitness center should take honest analysis of clarity, capacity, operations and other requirements for Fitness index™ quality standards. We have created self assessment questionnaire for fitness centers to check what areas of service are in line with the standards, what needs improvement and what is not compatible or non existing.

#2 STEP
CREATING "THE PLAN" FOR COMPLIANCE WITH QUALITY STANDARDS
After deep analysis of initial stage of fitness center service in relation to the standards we should be able to see what needs to be improved and create "The Plan" for improvement.
The plan should consist of who should do what by when in order to complete all requested requirements. Those actions should be manageable in decent time and effort.
#3 STEP
ACTIVITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT
Top management and/or person responsible for quality implementation should take care of actions and responsibilities in organisation for execute "The Plan" for improvement and fulfill requirements of Fitness index™ quality standards.
Internal audits should be performed afterwards. This process is specifically designed to evaluate the intent, implementation, and effectiveness of the quality implementation.
#4 STEP
EXTERNAL AUDIT
Since fitness center has finished quality implementation, external auditors will perform quality control and certification process. Basis operations in fitness centers should be documented and ready for external audit. Here we will send auditors with check list to finish the process of certification.

When you see Fitness index™ star you will know that there is a service with highest level of service in fitness dedicated to customers and theirs higher level of health.
Five spikes represents five components of health fitness: health status, body composition, functionality of locomotor system, muscle and cardio fitness. Their are the focus in developing " True level of fitness."

Through development of 4 complementary cross-sectoral outputs the Project will create new and innovative educational programmes in line with the needs of the labour market as well as wider socio-economic needs.
